These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the jillif platform, including all games, payment services, and promotional features available at jillif.app. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at jillif. This is a mandatory PAGCOR requirement. Your age is verified at registration and again through government-issued ID before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to under-21 players are closed immediately.
Each individual may hold only one jillif account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. One Philippine government ID can be linked to one jillif account only.
All jillif account balances are held in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and other supported methods are credited to your PHP wallet. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmation.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Specific rollover requirements are stated in each promotion's terms. jillif reserves the right to void bonuses if abuse, multi-accounting, or systematic exploitation is detected.
Every jillif account has access to deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools from the account dashboard. Responsible gaming is not optional — jillif enforces PAGCOR responsible gaming standards as a condition of operation, not a voluntary add-on.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of jillif will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, and PAGCOR regulatory channels where applicable.
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the jillif platform at jillif.app (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the jillif Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of jillif after any posted amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.
Important: These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jillif. Please ensure you read and understand all sections before registering or depositing funds.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the jillif Platform. This minimum age is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jillif reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
21+ Only: Accounts belonging to users under 21 years of age will be closed immediately upon discovery, and any balance — including winnings — may be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
The jillif Platform is operated primarily for and directed at residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. jillif does not accept registrations from users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
Each individual person may hold only one (1) jillif Account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited. jillif uses identity verification, device fingerprinting, and payment method analysis to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found:
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. jillif is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your provision of inaccurate registration information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillif Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received on your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jillif will never contact you by any channel to request your password or OTP — any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to jillif support immediately.
You must notify jillif support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. jillif is not liable for losses you suffer as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, jillif requires you to complete identity verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, SSS/GSIS ID, driver's licence, or passport). jillif may also request proof of address and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.
jillif reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to pass identity verification; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; detection of duplicate accounts; at the direction of PAGCOR or a competent legal authority; or if jillif determines, in its sole discretion, that continued Account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
jillif accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). jillif reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The current minimum deposit is PHP 100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account dashboard. Maximum withdrawal amounts may be subject to your current KYC verification status and VIP tier. These limits are subject to change and are published in the Platform's Cashier section.
Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your jillif Account Balance within seconds of a confirmed transfer. Bank transfers may take 15–30 minutes during banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain confirmations, converted to PHP at the rate applicable at the time of confirmation.
Withdrawals are processed to your registered and verified payment method only. jillif does not make third-party withdrawals. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within the timeframes published in the Cashier section — typically 5–15 minutes for GCash and Maya. jillif reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
All Account Balances are maintained in Philippine Pesos. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the market rate at the time of confirmed receipt. jillif is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time you initiate a cryptocurrency transfer and the time it is confirmed on-chain.
All deposits and withdrawals at jillif must be conducted through methods registered to you personally. Third-party payment methods are not permitted and will be subject to investigation.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and cashback offers made available on the jillif Platform are subject to the specific terms published for each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry dates, and maximum win caps. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Real Money Funds in your Account are not subject to wagering requirements.
jillif reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and suspend or close Accounts where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player is abusing the bonus system. Abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising risk; using bonus funds in a manner that constitutes systematic exploitation of the promotion mechanics.
jillif reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been activated in a Player's Account, jillif will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any material change, but is not obligated to do so where the modification is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
All slot games, virtual table games, and RNG-based casino games available on the jillif Platform are sourced from licensed iGaming providers whose products use independently audited and certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-run statistical return of each game and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.
Live dealer games at jillif are streamed from professional studios using real cards, real roulette wheels, and trained professional dealers. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by genuine physical results — card draws, dice rolls, and wheel spins — not by software-generated random numbers. Live dealer streams are monitored for integrity and accuracy. In the event of a technical fault or disruption during a live game, bets already placed before the fault remain valid and are settled based on the actual game outcome where ascertainable.
jillif is not liable for losses arising from technical faults, internet connectivity failures on the Player's end, hardware malfunctions on the Player's device, or acts of God. In the event of a software fault on jillif's systems that affects game outcome calculation, jillif reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund the bets placed.
All sports bets placed through jillif are subject to the specific sporting event rules and betting market rules published in the Sports section of the Platform. Bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. jillif reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict any market without prior notice if it suspects irregular betting activity, receives official notification of match cancellation, or determines that the integrity of a sporting event is in question.
In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. Bets placed after the designated closing event for a market (e.g., after a goal in football, or after the final buzzer in basketball) may be voided at jillif's discretion. jillif's system timestamps bets at the point of server confirmation, not at the point of client submission, to account for potential internet transmission delays.
Online sabong (cockfighting) streams and betting markets at jillif operate from accredited venues holding valid permits for their cockfighting activities. Bets are settled on the basis of the official referee decision announced at the venue. jillif is not responsible for disputes arising from refereeing decisions at the venue. Stream delays are clearly indicated on the Platform — betting windows close before the outcome is determinable from the stream.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillif Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:

All content on the jillif Platform, including but not limited to the jillif name and logo, game graphics and sound assets (licensed from third-party providers), user interface design, software, text, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of jillif or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of jillif.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillif's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jillif is not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, or opportunity; or damages arising from your reliance on Platform information, game outcomes, or odds. jillif does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malware at all times, though it takes reasonable technical measures to ensure availability and security.
Nothing in these Terms limits jillif's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under Philippine law.
jillif collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the jillif Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering for a jillif Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies as required by Philippine law.
jillif implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data. All login sessions are encrypted using SSL/TLS. Account passwords are stored using strong cryptographic hashing. jillif does not sell your personal data to third-party commercial entities.
jillif reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, jillif will endeavour to provide notice to registered Players via in-Platform notification or the registered email address at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the amendment.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jillif Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jillif's customer support channel. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where a dispute falls within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, the relevant PAGCOR complaint and resolution procedures shall apply.
